Italian Off-road Federation renews partnership with Olitema lubricants

For the third consecutive year, FIF chooses Olitema’s green motor oil technology.
The Italian lubricant company’s products will be featured in Federation activities nationwide and will be available on the online storee

The partnership between the Italian Off-road Federation and Olitema, a brand of Foundry Alfe Chem specializing in the production and marketing of green lubricants for the automotive sector, has been renewed for 2023 as well.

After the brilliant results achieved during the past two years of partnership, the agreement has been renewed with the intention of reinforcing FIF’s commitment toward raising the awareness of its members to the use of eco-friendly practices in carrying out outdoor activities, which represent almost all the initiatives promoted by the Federation. With this in mind, the use of engine lubricants made with Olitema’s green bases fully harmonizes with the Federation’s objectives thanks to the availability of a wide range of environmentally friendly products.

The strength of Olitema lubricating oils is the use of bases derived from natural elements and not from petroleum refining. A process patented and made 100% in Italy. Enthusiasts will be able to purchase the first four FIF-approved products on the Federation’s store (FIF4x4officialstore.it): green engine oils Tema Premium S 5W-30 and Tema Super Extra 5W-40 and transmission and differential oils Tema Multigear S 75W-90 and Tema Multigear S 80W-90 Gl-5. These will be joined in the coming months by new references to complete the range of FIF-approved, off-road-specific lubricants.

Olitema will also be present on the race courses of the Italian Off-road Speed Championship (CVIF) 2023, which will consist of seven stages nationwide. The top three finishers for each race will receive a special Olitema-branded prize.

The signing of the agreement took place at the Mappano (TO) headquarters of Olitema in the presence of Gianni Rizzuto, president of Foundry Alfe Chem, and Marco Pacini, president of the Italian Off-road Federation.

Gianni Rizzuto commented on the renewal of the agreement, “Olitema and FIF share the same ideals and priorities. These include the use of green technologies aimed at reducing environmental impact while encouraging the adoption of virtuous and green lifestyles. With our products made with natural bases, we have marked the path to the future of alternative mobility also using endothermic engines, and on this path the collaboration with an institution like FIF represents a significant milestone for us and gives us new stimuli to continue this path of innovation.”

Marco Pacini stressed that “Olitema has the characteristics that we always look for in our partners: high quality production, with ecological bases and moreover 100% Italian. It is therefore with pleasure that we also renew for 2023 an agreement that we consider strategic and of mutual satisfaction.”

Green lubricants serving 4×4

Olitema’s range of green motor oils was launched in early 2021 by Italian company Foundry Alfe Chem leveraging the know-how acquired in more than a decade of commitment to the industrial lubrication sector with products made using natural and non-petroleum-derived bases. A commitment aimed at raising the awareness of an increasingly environmentally conscious public, which has led Foundry Alfe Chem to concretely invest also in the automotive sector by presenting Olitema lubricants conceived, studied and developed through maximum integration with biodegradable raw materials from renewable sources, and capable of lowering and certifying the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere.
